Megan Soule
Partner, Creative Strategy
Megan started her career in Washington, D.C. as a visual design contractor for the U.S. Department of State. Working for a DC based design studio, she expanded her design skills to encompass user experience design, design research, and service design, working with many federal government agencies. She has led projects, helping to set the design direction and overall vision for organizations. Megan has a specialized background working with organizations in public diplomacy, international relations, and national security.
Kevin Barta
Partner, Digital Strategy
Kevin has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing and international communications. He previously served as a Director of Digital Communications at the U.S. Department of State where he led a team of designers, web producers/developers, photographers, videographers, and social media specialists. Prior to that he was a Program Officer: Innovation, Technology, and Design, where he was responsible for global digital strategy spanning 170+ countries. He has a wide range of experience managing large and small projects across the digital space.
